At Wholesale Products, we aim to ensure your fashion inventory meets your standards; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible bulk orders. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your wholesale account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the fashion items in their original shipping cartons with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the goods for quality assurance and issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
